Brian
Rzepczynski, MSW, CC |

Brian was raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan and graduated
from Western Michigan University in 1992, earning
a Master’s degree in Social Work. Since then,
he has worked as a psychotherapist and life coach
specializing in gay/lesbian issues. In 1999, he
established his private practice, Personal Victory
Counseling, Inc. and launched his coaching business,
The Gay Love Coach: Man 4 Man Coaching

in 2003. He is an advocate for gay rights and has
run groups dealing with coming out and gay life issues.
Brian is a Certified Life Coach and received his coaching
training from The Coach Training Alliance. He is a
member of The International Association of Coaches
and of Coachville, and he is a certified teleclass
leader through Teleclass.com. Additionally, he is
a Licensed Relationship Coach through The |

Coaching Institute. He has a strong passion for helping
to promote the quality of life for the members of the
gay community, with particular interest in dating/relationship
issues and the coming out process, which is the driving
force behind his international coaching practice. He
has also completed a certificate program in clinical
practice with LGBT individuals and their families through
The Chicago Training Collaborative. Brian is also the
co-author of the self-help book "A
Guide to Getting It: Purpose & Passion",
his first published book with the hopes of many more
to come! Brian currently resides in the Chicago suburbs
of Illinois, USA with his partner of nine years, Scott.
Aside from his professional pursuits, Brian is an avid
swimmer, enjoys acting in theatre, and loves to write. |
